Terms & Conditions
| 1 Whilst every care is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in
the maintenance of the water & equipment, all dogs receive hydrotherapy
treatment entirely at there owners risk
2 All sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment.
3 Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
4 Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions, such as Eye, Ear or skin infections, gastric upset, Kennel cough and so on will not be treated. Owners are advised to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice, until the condition is clear. Normal cancellation conditions will apply.
5 Please bring your own towel for your dog on each occasion. In winter months we do advise to bring a dog coat so your dog remains warm after its swim.
6 All visiting children must remain seated at all times.
7Any toys that are destroyed must be replaced or paid for.
8 When visiting Corley Canine Pool you are advised to wear sensible shoes with non-slip soles if possible. The floor in the pool room does become very wet during your dogs swimming session and it may become slippery.
9 Owners are requested not to feed their dog for at least two and a half hours before attending an appointment, ant to ensure that the dog has emptied its bowels before arriving. We also advise not to feed for at least two and a half hours after swimming.
10 When not undergoing treatment all dogs will be kept under control and must be on a lead at all times both in and out of the pool room. Dogs unable to walk without assistance are not required to be kept on a lead.
11 It is the owner's responsibility to poop-a-scoop after their dogs, whilst on company premises and its surrounding environment. Under no circumstances are you to allow your dog to foul the public highway outside the property,
12 Corley Canine Pool cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury/damage to vehicles, personal property, person or animal, howsoever occasioned, whilst on the company premises.
